Hello, World.

I have been researching free online blogs for many months now. Every single one looks appealing until they state the price, even when the ads claim “FREE, FREE” everywhere. So far, I am liking this site very much. I look forward to sharing my life’s interests on here as I feel that keeping an online journal is a wonderful hobby. Even though I have responsibilities outside of the virtual world, by keeping track of a blog will fill up my time. It is a great way to utilize my downtime.

Speaking of writing, I am not an amateur. I have previously written poems (two of which have won contests, yay)! I have written two whole novels (another yay)! I am currently working on three more meanwhile looking for a suitable agent to publish my second novel. (The first one needs a little TLC.) I had an agent take an interest in the manuscript and had requested a sample. Still to this day, I regret for not taking the leap of faith. It could have turned into something. At least I know I have potential! 

There, that is it for now as far as my introduction goes. I shall be back with more funny, sad, interesting banter of my daily life and as I progress through my journey. To conclude, it has definitely not been an easy one. I’ve been dealt with many challenges that have rendered me feeling hopeless, dumbfounded and ill-tempered. (Hey, there is always room for improvement. As humans, we never stop growing and maturing.)

I used to be a blonde. This photo was a few days before I was due to fly to Croatia in the summer of 2011. I know this great lake near the Altamonte Mall in Altamonte Springs I often visit. And get this--they have a Starbucks nearby.
